Well, as per usual we've saved another critter & welcomed him into
"The Creative Castle" household. I can't disclose the exact details or location from where the animal came from (in the courts), but he is safe & doing well.

This is what the wound on his lower back looks like after 41/2 months of rehabilitation. He is absolutely the most affectionate little guy ever. He doesn't make any noises as such except for a gentle low purring. He seems to be adjusting to his new mates well & constantly wants to be cuddled.
I now introduce you to "PJ".

On a different note, I can now post some pics of the Christmas knits. These are some of the knitted (& some crocheted) gifts that went out this year.

Crocheted washcloths with a natural soap bar. Made from Bernat's
cool crochet". Lovely sheen & soft texture, approx. $3.99/ball 50grams. You can make 1 cloth per ball if you work a double strand (one from each end). The edging is optional & uses up any extra you might have effectively.

Knitted catnip mice from the pattern in the
"Stitch 'n' Bitch Nation"Great way to use up ends as each mouse doesn't take a whole lot of yarn. I did i-cords for the tails & attached them on after. Also have plenty of wild catnip that I put in the herb grinder & then serged into muslin squares.

Right now I'm finishing up on the skull illusion scarf which I hope to have done shortly so I can post pics.
Peace out, Boop
